I needed a mold inspection done quickly for my Client as we were in Contract. Mitch explained how the test worked and the lab's process. He completed the inspection and drove the report to the lab on a rush. Everything was completed including the report on my hands within a few days. This process can normally take a week. I called Lira Home Inspections and asked for help with my carpet. The owner came out personally and cleaned my carpet so good. It looked brand new and he was so polite and respectful. He went above and beyond. Ill definitely be a returning customer!
